Ordering:

We are happy to take orders in the following ways:-

- Online

- Over the phone

- In the post by cheque

- Visit us in person (please make an appointment to ensure someone is here)

- All sales will be charged in £ sterling.

All items for sale on this website are original works of art, products can be subject to prior sale. In the event that a product ordered is unavailable a full refund will be made swiftly.

Shipping:

All goods will be shipped to you by Royal Mail unless other service is requested (in which case appropriate charges will be made).

Goods will be shipped within seven days (usually next business day) however, if it is not possible to ship within seven days, due to unforeseen circumstances, we will Email you to inform you of the expected shipment date, with an explanation of the reason.

Returns:

If you are not entirely happy with your product, for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 14 days and we will refund your money in full.
